Responsible for updating legacy compliance eLearning to newer SCORM standard courses and industry standard Learning Management Systems. Performed needs assessments and learner analyses to prioritize new course needs. Utilized modern interactions and scenario techniques to increase learner interactions within eLearning with goals of increased knowledge retention. Designed lessons so that they can completed in smaller time periods between learner work tasks.

Designed web based applications that learners utilize to register for in-person trainings. Built in to the applications are smart questions that appear based on learners’ answers to preceding questions. This reduced the back-and-forth emails that administrative staff had to previously perform to ensure that prerequisite are completed before learners could register for advanced hands-on learning experiences. Designed web based instructor evaluations and learner surveys.

Created and maintain new OAW web site following university style-guide and meets accessibility requirements. This included graphic creation and videos.

Create safety signage for use in vivarium. Create instructional graphics used to describe anatomical processes for use in hands-on classrooms and handouts.

Edit monthly email newsletter sent out to all staff attached to protocols. Create original art work that aligns with articles and format using HTML and CSS.

Videographer, editor and producer of multiple video projects interviewing researchers explaining how animal models are utilized in advancing basic science that leads to understanding of diseases, conditions and advancing basic science, cancer treatments, and vaccine safety.

Partner with the Department of Comparative Medicine (DCM) to build web applications used for operational needs (Sick Animal Reports, Special Service Requests, Clerkship Applications, faculty class evaluations).

Create animal program outreach signs, banners, and hand outs that are targeted for general public education and engagement.
